US shipping for plushies is included in the price. International orders and US orders for merch will have shipping calculated at checkout based on item weight, location, and current shipping rates.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Can I change my delivery address?

Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of these items, returns cannot be accepted due to sanitary reasons. Your understanding is appreciated!
My order is damaged
If you received a damaged item please contact us and we will remedy the situation, either with repair or refund.
My order is lost
If your order is lost please contact us so we can look into it further. If the item is truly lost we can open a claim through the carrier. Your item can then be refunded/replaced.
